Melissa Lloyd

Hello & Welcome!

I’m Melissa – an author and Certified Mental Health Coach & Certified Professional Life Coach, helping people work through past trauma and break up with anxiety, shame, and endless guilt. I teach people how to take responsibility for their lives, how to set + uphold boundaries, and how to stop the endless cycle of people-pleasing and conflict avoidance.
Jesus said, “I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” – John 10:10.  An abundant life is meaningful, purposeful, joyful, and eternal. That’s the goal of our lives! And I help people find the abundance that Jesus has given to each of us.

Identify the ways you cope with pain, disappointment, stress, & anxiety that are hurting you. Things like people-pleasing, avoiding conflict, faking fine, over-functioning in others lives, staying busy, overthinking, shopping, etc.

STEP

LEARN HEALTHY WAYS TO HANDLE LIFE

Learn how to deal with conflict, improve communication, set boundaries, say “no” without guilt, take responsibility for your life, stand up for yourself, handle your emotions, meet your needs, and live with purpose, joy, & peace.
